Dance Base Yokohama has been nicknamed DaBY so that it will become a magnetic field = platform where many people around dance can gather without barriers. In addition to being a residency space for creation, we plan to develop further diverse experiments such as interacting with local artists and citizens, holding workshops, experimental tryout performances, and a dance archive project.
