Hayama Town Welfare and Culture Hall is a multipurpose welfare activity center that promotes the health of the elderly, provides a place for them to find meaning in life, provides necessary services for those who require health and welfare services, such as bedridden elderly people, and serves as a base for welfare organizations and volunteer activities.It also provides opportunities to enjoy music, theater, art, etc., and contributes to the promotion of artistic and cultural activities as a place for independent cultural activities and learning for townspeople, making it a complex facility for promoting the welfare of townspeople and improving culture.In addition, a social welfare council, a community comprehensive support center, and an assurance center are located in a separate building.
