Hayama Town Welfare Culture Hall is a place to improve the health of the elderly and create purpose in life, a place to provide necessary services to people who require health and welfare services, such as bedridden elderly people, and a place for welfare organizations and volunteer activities. It serves as a base for multi-purpose welfare activities such as venues, provides opportunities for appreciation of music, theater, art, etc., and contributes to the promotion of artistic and cultural activities as a place for independent cultural activities and learning for the townspeople. This is a complex facility for promoting welfare and improving culture. In addition, the Social Welfare Council, Regional Comprehensive Support Center, and Anshin Center are located in separate buildings.
