Yokohama City's Asahi Ward Citizens' Cultural Center "Sun Heart" is located on the 5th floor of Futamatagawa Life, directly connected to Futamatagawa Station on the Sotetsu Line, and is a cultural center for citizens (ward residents) with easy transportation access.

Based on this concept, we aim to "create joy" for Asahi Ward residents through culture and the arts, and to "revitalize the community" and "increase the value of the community."
In addition to a "hall" that is ideal for music performances, plays, dance, and lectures, we also have a "music hall" dedicated to music, ideal for performances, presentations, and practice of acoustic music such as piano, string instruments, and woodwind instruments.
The 110-square-meter Art Gallery can be used as a venue for presenting and exhibiting art and craft works such as paintings, calligraphy, and photography.
The facility also features a Meeting Room which is ideal for conferences and gatherings for cultural activities, an 83m2 Culture Workshop with hardwood floors, mirrors and a lesson bar, perfect for practicing dance, theater or music, and a Music Workshop with excellent soundproofing which can be used for practicing a variety of types of music, making it a great place for everyone to use for culture and the arts.
