Installed in 2022 as part of the renovation of Heiwa Central Park (established in 1970), the structure incorporates the memory of the former gun battery that once stood on a hill within the park into its design. At night, it becomes a "light platform" that shines towards the sky. The cylindrical structure is adorned with circular designs drawn by citizens, which, at night, reveal the word "peace" in 12 languages from around the world.
