SOGO MUSEUM OF ART

The Sogo Art Museum is located on the 6th floor of the Sogo Yokohama store. It was the first museum in a department store to be registered under the Museum Law (registration number: Kanagawa No. 22) and opened on September 30, 1985. Contains approximately 200 oil paintings and watercolors by Shintaro Suzuki and others. The exhibition will display works from a wide range of genres from Japan and abroad, including Western paintings, Japanese paintings, crafts, sculptures, prints, calligraphy, and photographs.

  • 10:00-20:00 (Last entry 30 minutes before closing) (Closed) Closed during exhibition changeovers. Closing times during exhibitions follow the same schedule as the Sogo Yokohama store.
