Subsidy decision
Based on the grant application form, etc., a screening committee including external experts in the fields of culture and arts will review and select the recipients.
Based on the results of the review, the prefecture will decide which organizations will receive subsidies and the amount of the subsidy within the budget, and will send a notice of the grant decision to the recipient organization (subsidized business operator).
Note: The subsidy amount stated in the grant decision notice is not a guarantee of payment. The final subsidy amount will be determined after confirming the details of the eligible expenses, etc., based on the Project Performance Report (Form 4) submitted after the project is completed.
