Subsidy decision
Based on the application documents, a review committee including external experts in the field of culture and arts will conduct the review and selection process.
Based on the results of the review, the prefecture will decide which organizations will receive subsidies and the amount of the subsidies within the limits of the budget, and will send a notification of the grant decision to the organizations that will receive the subsidies (subsidy recipients).
Note: The grant approval notice does not guarantee payment of the grant amount stated. The final grant amount will be determined after reviewing the details of eligible expenses, etc., based on the project performance report (Form 4) submitted after the completion of the project.
