Support for cancellation costs for postponed or canceled performances

For events that were scheduled to be held in areas under a state of emergency and have been postponed or canceled, subsidies will be provided to cover expenses incurred despite the postponement or cancellation of the event, as well as the costs of producing and distributing videos using related footage.
