Howahowa x Takutaku Yamamoto "Pu-Pa-Po Time"
Users of the Howahowa Community Activity Support Center, run by the social welfare corporation Yokohama Kyoseikai in Asahi Ward, Yokohama City, and Suguru Yamamoto, playwright and director of the theater group Hanchu Yuuei, have collaborated to create a theatrical work.
Through workshops such as theater games, Takuya Yamamoto deepened communication with the participants and consulted with them about the setting of the play and the roles they wanted to play. This year, he wrote two scripts: "Howahowa no Pari Pari" and "Howahowa no Poripori." This video is a documentary that captures Howahowa's daily activities, the script readings during workshops, and an interview with Takuya Yamamoto. The narration is provided by voice actress Mika Kanai.
