What is the Kanagawa Theatre Exhibition?

The Kanagawa Prefectural Theater Federation hosts a theater festival commonly known as "Enpaku." The festival is billed as "Free admission! Free to come and go!!" and is an event where theater companies active in Kanagawa gather to perform a series of short works. This year, the festival will be held for three days from February 10th to 12th at the Prefectural Youth Center.

Participating Theatre Companies (Saturday, February 10th)

1. Theater Company "Untitled"
Performance times: 13:00, 16:00
Base of operations: Shonandai, Yokohama
Title: "Himegoto"
Noble and virtuous. A princess who has never been outside. Lazy and self-indulgent. A NEET who has never been outside of society. Two people who should never have met have met...

2. MMT Pantomime

Base of operations: Kamakura

3. Acting out theater project

6. Takemitsu Yamasawa (MMT Pantomime)

Title: The World of Yamasawa Takemitsu
An omnibus of Yamasawa Takemitsu's short works. Some of them were given permission by Marcel Marceau to express themselves. From funny to message-filled. Traditional style mime and character mime.

7. Tomoshibi Theatre Company

8. Plastic Moon

9. Light Trap & Go Maimu Theater
