A public workshop and talk show will be held by Keiko Ueda, known as the first female director of the Takarazuka Revue, as a special project of the "Magcal Performing Arts Academy," sponsored by Kanagawa Prefecture and headed by playwright and director Kensuke Yokouchi!
Kanagawa Prefecture is focusing on the cultural policy "Magcul" with the aim of "attracting people with the power of culture." The "Magcul Performing Arts Academy," which is the core of the policy, is developing practical programs such as vocal music, dance, and acting by top instructors for the younger generation who want to pursue musicals and contemporary theater. This time, a workshop and talk show was held with Keiko Ueda from the Takarazuka Revue, the star of the Japanese musical world. After watching a video clip of a part of the January performance of the Moon Troupe Tokyo Takarazuka Theater's "MANON," which was written and directed by Takarazuka Revue Company director Keiko Ueda, there will be an acting workshop based on the performance of two scenes. We are also looking for participants to participate in this workshop.

Special talk show "The Secrets of Takarazuka, the Future of Magcal"
What is the secret behind Takarazuka Revue's continued fascination with people after such a long history? As we discuss the appeal of Takarazuka, we will also consider the dreams and possibilities of attracting people with the appeal of culture and the arts and creating a lively town, which is a major goal of Magcul, the cultural policy currently being promoted by Kanagawa Prefecture.
