The Chigasaki Civic Cultural Center was opened in 1980 (Showa 55) in order to be used widely for events such as music and theater by citizens and many other people. We are grateful to many people who have used and visited our museum since its opening.
Earthquake reinforcement and renovation work was completed in October 2018, and the facility has become a facility where everyone can enjoy culture and art in a high-quality space in a safe and secure manner. We look forward to your continued use and visit as a facility that will become even more familiar and loved by everyone.
