From Shonan! “Double Planet” is a collaboration between radio and the web

nice to meet you. My name is Furutajun.
This time, I would like to introduce myself for the new series starting next month.
First of all, who exactly are we...?

I usually lead a theater company and work as a scriptwriter and director.

By chance, I am working with musician Yota Kanda (Bluestone) as a radio personality at a radio station in Kanagawa Prefecture.

The program is ``Love & MUSIC'', a music variety show broadcast every Saturday from 5pm on ``Radio Shonan FM83.1'', a community FM station in Fujisawa City.
This year marks the 16th year since the program started.

That's right, thanks to you, it's a relatively long-running program.

Due to the chemical change between Yota Kanda's sensibilities and Jun Furuta's sensibilities, many radio ``songs'' and ``radio dramas'' have been born as programs in which two forward-thinking people create something from nothing.

Additionally, to mark the 20th anniversary of Radio Shonan's opening, we launched the event ``Shonan Sound Connection (SSC)'' to enliven Shonan through music, local communities, and connections with people. Radio Shonan, which continues to broadcast from the heart of Shonan, teamed up with Bluestone to hold Vol.0 in November 2016.

After the inaugural performance, which ended with great success, SSC has grown into a bigger and bigger event with each successive event, involving many artists.
Kanda is in charge of vocals for the Radio Shonan Band, which was formed with station personalities Kyoko Tomita (formerly of Princess Princess) and Hideyuki Kadono (TUBE). Furuta was in charge of the script and direction for Vol.3 and Vol.EX.

The event is currently being held up to Vol.5 and is continuing.

In addition, as a program that brings together artists from various fields, we have delivered stories ranging from trivial stories to deep stories related to expression.

This time, I thought it would be possible to do a series that is unique to us, so I am starting a project like this.

"Double Planet" is a serialized novel linked to the radio program "Love & Music."

Yes, it's novel style.
The main characters of this story are Satoru Aono, a first-year high school boy who aspires to pursue a career in music, and Ruka Tamaru, a first-year high school girl who aspires to pursue a career in theater.
The two are unaware of each other's existence, attend different high schools, and live their lives worrying about how to express themselves.
One Saturday evening, the two listen to a radio broadcast of "Love & Music," and a new development for the two begins.

A new series that mixes reality with fiction.
In conjunction with the program, we plan to supplement the development with the newly launched program Facebook page .

A mixed project of radio and serial columns set in Kanagawa.

Yota Kanda
Born October 30, 1977 Lives in Kanagawa Prefecture. Vocalist of the music unit "Bluestone" based in Kanagawa.
Won the Best Vocal Award for Hot Wave, which was called the high school band Koshien. The band PuZZ: won the Grand Prix at the Chigasaki Music Festival. He made his major debut with the same band in 2000. Started solo activities after hiatus. Formed Bluestone in 2008.
He has produced CDs, appeared on TV, and participated in live tours as a backing vocalist for many artists such as Ryu Siwon, Ryudo Uzaki, TUBE, Anri, Michiya Haruhata, Lee Jonghyun, Kobukuro, and T-BOLAN.

Furutajun (Furutajun)
Born on June 4, 1981. Born in Mino City, Gifu Prefecture. Representative of the theater company Furutamaru. Screenwriter/director.
After graduating from Meiji University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Letters, majoring in Theater Studies, he began acting in Shimokitazawa as his home base. He has worked on many works such as theater company performances and produced performances, and is also active as a writer for radio programs.
