What is the Kanagawa Prefectural Cultural Festival?
Since 2020, the prefecture has designated the period from September to December, centered around Culture Day, as the period of the Kanagawa Prefectural Cultural Festival, in which more and more prefectural residents participate in various cultural and artistic activities throughout the prefecture. ,
