Based on the axis of "interest, research, and discovery," this is a research institute that considers the "essence" and "more" of design through individual perspectives. Individuals with different backgrounds come together to explore and execute design possibilities through collaboration from various perspectives. We aim to create emotional objects and spaces that weave stories unique to that time and place from elements that are close to us but cannot be touched, such as "light," "time," "words," and "communication." We set a framework theme from introduction to conclusion, and express the stories and details that exist between people and people, people and objects, and objects and space.

Yokohama is a city that I admire, especially for its beautiful night view, streetscapes, and historical buildings. I was born and raised in Kanda, Tokyo. My daily life is quite chaotic due to my family business and the nature of the area. Since I was a child, I have been familiar with Edokko festivals, but this is the first time I have participated in an event created by young people with such high design quality, so I am looking forward to it. After graduating from a four-year university, I traveled to cities overseas and became somewhat interested in the beauty of cityscapes, architecture, and sophisticated design, and I began studying design.
I also participated in writing reports and discussions on urban planning and landscape design. This is my first time as an artist, but I would like to use this opportunity to awaken to the idea of actually using my hands to create sculptures and evolve further. I am grateful to my parents for including the character "Hikari" (light) in my name, and I would like to continue to create works that explore the concept of light.
