We are looking for organizations to use the Magcal Theater in fiscal year 2026 (April 2026 to March 2027).
Prefectural Youth Center Studio HIKARI
You can use the Kanagawa Prefectural Art Hall!
As part of its Magnet Culture (Magcul) initiative, which aims to attract people with the appeal of culture and the arts and create excitement in the local area, Kanagawa Prefecture provides Studio HIKARI at the Prefectural Youth Center and Kanagawa Art Hall so that young people can freely present and communicate about performing arts, with the aim of cultivating cultural and artistic talent.
We are now accepting applications for use for the fiscal year 2026 (April 2026 to March 2027).
Performing groups can use the facilities free of charge for their performances, and depending on availability, they can also use the facilities as a rehearsal space before a performance.
We are looking for organizations to use the facility in fiscal year 2026.

Performing arts are arts that take place on a stage or in a space, such as theater, dance, music, entertainment, puppet shows, recitations, fashion shows, film screenings, and magic shows.
Eligibility :
Individuals who are young people (up to 39 years of age), organizations whose main members are young people, and individuals and organizations whose activities are primarily aimed at young people
*Young people are those who are up to 39 years old as of March 31, 2027.

Prefectural Youth Center Studio HIKARI: 23 slots
Kanagawa Prefectural Art Hall: 4 slots
